Excellent Location and Modern Comfort
modern design excellent location easy access
I booked a Beautiful Room. The location is excellent. It is right next to the Maxwell MRT station. It's very convenient for accessing the airport or cruise terminal. The hotel's tasteful, modern design impressed me, and its proximity to Chinatown is a plus.
The room could have been slightly bigger.

The staff greeted guests with Singaporean snacks and tea during check-in. Kenneth and Jerome were particularly kind and helpful. Sin yee at the front desk answered all questions.

The minibar is complimentary and restocked daily. There is a coffee and matcha store directly across the street. The hotel is around the corner from Chinatown and close to the Maxwell street food markets, AMAZING!!!

the room was quite clean i found the mini fridge with drinks and snacks very helpful. the bathroom had excellent features. the quiet room allowed for good rest.

fantastic stay!
easy check-in attentive staff comfortable room
i really enjoyed how easy check-in was. ayub was so attentive, he brought tea and a fresh towel while i was at reception! the room matched the description and i felt quite comfortable. i only stayed one night during an extended layover, but i'll definitely stay here again.
the room didn't have a window.

small room late noise
The room felt smaller than expected and lacked sufficient space to comfortably accommodate luggage. Opening a suitcase required placing it on the bed, i found this quite inconvenient. also, the noise from adjacent clubs late at night was disruptive. i specifically requested a higher floor facing the street to avoid such disturbances, but my request was apparently not fulfilled. The noise level was certainly not ideal for rest.

great experience!
helpful team clean room good size asian standards
the reception team was always helpful and smiling. i found the room quite clean. the fridge got refilled daily with water juices and a snickers bar. the room was a good size for asian standards. the bathroom was large too it had everything i needed. the staff gave us an early check-in after our flight and i really appreciated that. the location is excellent it is very close to maxwell metro station and the food market.
there was some building work occurring around the hotel. it did make it a bit noisy at times during the day. it wasn't a major issue for me because i was out most of the time.

the room was well appointed with luxurious bedding. the staff could not have been more helpful. the suite was beautifully decorated and spacious. i found a restaurant on level 1 where i ate breakfast.
it has clearly been many years since any updates were made.

the hotel is close to club street bars. it's also near maxwell road hawker centre. an mrt station is only 80 meters away. it's adjacent to chinatown.

the location is very convenient near the mrt station. the rooftop bar provided a fantastic view. complimentary items in the fridge were a nice touch.
